Keeping a heavy foot in Detroit for its roots, the album also ventures into rich new landscapes, that span the globe, far and wide.
The Emcee/Producer combo of Kovax and Olympia, Washingtons, Bathos, provide the backbone of the record, covering 5 of the albums tracks.
Seattle also makes an appearance with mega collab of Onry Ozzborn (Greyskull/Darktime Sunshine) and of Fall of Troy/Guitar Hero acclaim, Thomas Erak.
Production from Iran, by Hossein Amiin, also brings a brooding, modern look at trap.
Legendary Detroit Artist, DJ Los provides Production.
World Renowned Battle Rap figure, Marv Won contributes vocals and Production
From Fort Wayne, Indiana, the lyrically verbose, Sankofa, comes with the epitome of Boom Bap Rap.
Komplex also marks the return of long time collaborators, Detroit's own, J Bone & BIG Dude.
KOMPLEX is KOVAX at his most well rounded, and heightened sense of songwriting abilities.
